We are searching for a new talented member of the Arval family, who has the drive and knowledge to take part of the growth journey with Arval Denmark. Arval’s mission is to deliver the best sustainable mobility product in the fleet market and to offer a wide pack of services to our clients driven by a passionate and dynamic team of people.
We are looking for an Operational Permanent Control Officer, who will contribute to our future growth. It will be your responsibility to organize the operational risk management and the permanent control framework on a risk based approach which includes the following:
- Ensure that the group procedure requirements are implemented locally, complemented with local specificities (regulations, tools, organizations etc.).
- Perform risk self-assessment (analysis of processes, risks and controls mapping, qualification of potential incidents), perform set up of corrective actions and formalize the control plan.
- Monitor and analyze historical incidents and related control plans (action plan and follow-up of the implementation).
- Participation in the definition and implementation of permanent control plans.
- Provide analysis and reports based on the results of controls performed by the various controls and process owners operating and supporting the Business & Coverage Lines and countries.
- Execute ad-hoc one-off controls in identified or potential critical risk area through specific control assignments.
- Control and manage the company procedures library.
Your reference in Arval DK in Herlev with more than 40 employees will be the Head of Business Transformation, and the role may require occasional need to travel and stay away for a few days per year.
Who are you?
The basic requirement is that you bring experience from an operational control function e.g. with a focus on processes/working procedures being familiar with undertaking risk assessments and presenting the results to the Management. Your experience can also be from the area of compliance, risk management, internal audit, AML/Fraud Prevention or similar.
