You are passionate about quality and thrive when setting high standards for how we work with product and process quality in the entirely new SOEC factory in Herning. Ideally you have an engineering background and are experienced within product quality planning and management from a manufacturing point of view.Who we are looking for
Your initial focus will, as part of the project organization responsible for building the factory, be to participate in:Developing PFMEAs and control plans as part of the project organization responsible for building the factory. Starting up and implementing the PPAP process. Supervise and participate in problem solving on product nonconformities, and production process deviations. Be the expert in and implement the use of problem-solving tools. Corporation with external stakeholders in terms of changes to product or process. What you’ll bring
You are curious about being part of the exciting journey establishing a factory and after the commissioning, you are motivated to be in a more well-established job. You are self-motivated, can work under pressure, and on own initiative, additionally you are able to sometimes make decisions quickly. You thrive using your organizational and technical knowledge when making or influencing decisions. You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and your strong knowledge of product and production process planning in a mass production company will be your key to success.What you’ll bring
Preferably you have experience with:ISO 9001/TS16494, incl. audit experience PPAP PFMEA Process mapping and problem-solving tools.
