  • To handle complaints leading to high level of disruption in the supply chain related to medical devices (escalated cases and potential recalls).
  • To utilize LEAN principles to ensure high-quality root cause investigations that pursue robust countermeasures with positive impact in product quality, patient safety, compliance and process efficiency.
  • To take ownership of root cause investigations in teams composed by technical experts, quality assurance and suppliers located in different parts of the world and to present the findings to senior management.
    • You will be working within the fields of advanced injection moulding, electronics and assembly for medical devices. We have internal production in Denmark and outsourcing partnerships located in Scandinavia, Europe, USA, Brazil and China.You can expect to have a yearly travel frequency of about 10-20 days.QualificationsTo be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Have a previous experience with the investigation of nonconformities, deviations and customer complaints.
  • Have a pragmatic approach to problem solving and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a technical background within engineering and be familiar with production environment.
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    • It would be considered as a plus if you have:
  • Already worked within the Quality area in highly regulated environments (pharmaceutical, medical devices, food, automotive industries for example) and you possess a strong Systematic Problem Solving (SPS) mindset.
  • experience in gathering and using data to support problem solving activities.
    • As a person, you thrive on working across departments in an international organisation, and you possess great communication and collaboration skills. You are systematic, independent, curious, transparent, goal-oriented and you organise your time and tasks to keep your deadlines. You try to solve issues on your own and you do not hesitate to ask for support when that is required to secure success in your deliveries.About the departmentDMS Quality Support is responsible for the communication and handling of complaints from suppliers, assembly sites and end customers related to devices supplied by DMS.We facilitate root cause investigations, and we drive continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes through systematic problem-solving across our network.You will be joining the most international team in DMS Hillerød and be working alongside 15 professionals.
