The position
As Quality Assurance professional within our QA Validation team in Finished Production, you will play a key role in ensuring the compliance of our stakeholders.
In this role, you will work closely with your colleagues to strengthen the compliance of our stakeholders and verify the quality of our production. Your responsibilities will include reviewing deviations, approving change requests and SOP updates, and serving as the quality responsible for validation projects. Projects that ensure high quality products as Ozempic and Wegovy to our patients
Qualifications
About the department
Our department is located in IFP Site Hillerød and consists of 4 teams where this team is responsible to ensure the best quality and compliance level in our production of Finished Product (FP) by supporting the patients need by constant improve the processes.
You will be part of a team consisting of 10 dedicated colleagues who are proud of the inclusive work environment we maintain, and a share an interest in creating ambitious results through collaboration and curiosity. The team consist of both very experienced colleagues and newly educated.
We are part of both the deviation reduction journey, and changes that improve the line and processes. Besides we are also a main resource in the new FP expansion where there are going to be 4 new lines within the next 3 year, which is a rare opportunity to be part of establish a line from the start
We focus on good social relations and prioritise to make room for fun at work. We have daily workout sessions to ensure on-going well-being in the team. Otherwise, we are continuing our quarterly get-togethers either as a simple walk and talk, a game or a dinner.

The position

Qualifications
- You have an academic degree within Pharmacy, Engineering, Master of Science or equivalent
- Preferably, you have +3 years of related work experience in QA or GMP production together with the right quality mindset, adaptable, curios and a quick learner
- Preferable you have experience in handling Deviations, Change request, SOP updates or other GMP related tasks
- Preferable you have worked with validation – either as QA or supporter
- You have a structured approach to your work and always see your tasks through
- You find energy in handling daily routine tasks, larger projects and in contributing positively to the well-being and balance of the team
- You have a strong sense of quality, are ambitious and ready to be part of our on-going effort to improve our high standards
- Fluent English skills required because we work globally
