You will be a part of DMS Moulding Production, located in Hillerød, Denmark. There is approximately 150 employees in the department, divided in 8 teams. The department is responsible for the production of plastic components used to produce the Novo Nordisk FlexTuch pen. We deliver produce quality components to our “sister” facility Injectable Finished Products and Biopharmaceuticals and have lots of collaborations across other departments in DMS The department is dedicated to deliver great results, by deliver high quality and be compatible. Here through we contribute to the success of Novo Nordisk. Key responsibilities: Coordination and development of the SAP and maintenance team in the department Responsible for TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) strategy Subject Matter Expert in maintenance strategy for the department and outside to the global network Asset Management strategy: Life Cycle Management & Risk Management Support production as Subject Matter Expert on IMM (injection moulding machine) Responsible for delivery of inputs for budgeting, need for spares, repairs and maintenance Personal skills: Needs to communicate ideas for implementation of changes through clear explanation, data presentation, and ability to reach common ground in an environment where different stakeholders have different targets Listens to and acts upon inputs from external stakeholders (Voice of process) Training external operators/technicians when required Proactive innovation mindset to increase stability, quality, compliance, output and stability Works in a systematic way. Has technical savvy, a good Quality mind-set, and solves problems independently as well as through cooperation when applicable. Writes and speaks English and is able to communicate technical complex issues easily. Required Qualifications B.sc or equivalent within relevant field of maintenance strategy + min. 2 years of experience, Solid experience within maintenance and spare parts, Experience within GMP, Knowledge within injection moulding, automation and/or printing processes, Project execution experience.
