Are you curious in understanding the impact validation and PQ has on cell biology? Are you motivated by the pulse of a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) production area? Do you have a tactical mindset? Then this might be the right opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a new colleague to join our cultivation and fermentation team in Hillerød. The Position You will be part of our skilled team that is located within cultivation/fermentation in a GMP manufacturing environment. The role consists of supporting the daily operation of SIP PQ for cultivation/fermentation. This will include setting up data equipment for SIP PQ´s, execute on protocols and follow up on data. This role will also ensure support for a range of projects around implementation of new equipment and technologies. You will have 12 colleagues, with various professional experience and backgrounds. In this position you will have the following tasks:
  • Lead the SIP PQ planning, execution, and data follow up
  • Daily, visible proactive support for production in board meetings, handover meetings and shop floor presence
  • Process confirmation and continuous improvement
  • Participate in KATA boards and cLEAN optimizations initiatives
  • Driving larger projects aiming at introducing new technologies
    • Moreover, you will participate in continuous simplifications in our production, ensuring that knowledge is shared across departments. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you have:
  • Education level is either minimum a bachelor degree or multiple years of experience within ATF perfusion fermentation and SIP PQ
  • Knowledge of fermentation process. ATF perfusion knowledge is a must.
  • Experience within GMP production and behaviour
  • You are familiar with LEAN principles and can work in accordingly
  • Feel comfortable working in production facility setting

About the Department Our department (BRD API production in Hillerød) consist of 110 colleagues and is responsible for thaw, cultivation, recovery and purification of multiple products! We produce phase III, PV and market production and you will thus gain insight into not only these phases of product cycles but also gain insight within the value stream of biotech production.
