The position
In ODFP we have one common goal - to timely deliver our products to patients. Our team is responsible for validation, and managing compliance, security, and data integrity on computerised equipment and other IT tasks for existing and new Quality Control (QC) equipment. As our IT System Manager your primary tasks will be:
• Manage the operation and maintenance of IT systems which includes the identifying new internal and external requirements for the systems.
• Coordination of activities with QC and other stakeholders
• Follow up on vendors and manage service level agreements Furthermore, you will maintain documentation on the state of the equipment, which includes creating IT Risk Assessments, performing IT Qualifications, as well as User Review Reports, Configuration Reviews, IT Periodic System Evaluation, Deviation Handling, Change Request handling, lifecycle management handling and more.
Qualifications We are looking for someone that has technical flair and is curious for new technologies. To succeed in this role, you:
• hold a degree within Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Science, IT or other relevant
• preferably have some experience in a pharmaceutical or other highly regulated environment
• have keen interest to gain knowledge within IT
• have a systematic and scientific approach to your work.
• speak both English and Danish fluently This role is also open to newly graduates, so if you have some knowledge of IT and passion to develop further in the field, please send us your application. It will be seen as an advantage if you have gained some experience within production, process optimization, and/or IT; said experience can come from fulltime, student jobs, and/or internships.

You will be part of the Manufacturing Execution System & IT system management team in our IT & automation department. The team’s main tasks are to initiate, drive, and participate in various IT related tasks with the purpose to ensure our production, compliance and future quality and regulatory requirements, and drive the digitalisation strategy for Oral Development & Finished products. You will be in a team, where there is a great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common to support and help each other, have a good time and to make a big difference.
