The position As our new technician you will be responsible of ensuring that our smaller analytic-, monitoring-, laboratory- and production-equipment’s are maintained, calibrated and functioning across multiple departments. Your main tasks will be:
  • Plan service, maintenance, and calibration with extern stakeholders.
  • Handle potential deviations related to calibration.
  • Ensure high quality of documentation, archiving, logbooks, updating systems etc. according to GMP and internal regulations.
  • Manage visits of external stakeholders according to rules.
    • As our new technician you’ll be responsible for equipment such as Cedex, Bioprofil, Osmometer, Rapid Lab, MAS 100, Airnet, Moxabox, HPLC, pipettes, centrifuges, heatcabinets and incubators. As this is a new position you will be part of defining the exact scope of your role depending on your strengths and interest. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have the following qualifications:
  • Technical educational background, and insight in process, laboratory and monitoring equipment.
  • 2-3 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry or related industry.
  • Skilled at keeping the overview of several different equipment and their need for calibration and maintenance schedules.
  • High verbal and written communication skills in English; Danish language skills are an advantage

About the department At Biotech & Rare Disease API Denmark, Facility & Projects, we support two classified API multi product facilities that produce quality products for the treatment of hemophilia among others. The department is responsible for production equipment, maintenance, calibration, and the internal production environment. We are organized in teams with daily cooperation closely across departments, teams, and professional groups. You will be part of the environmental team consisting of 18 talented and dedicated employees; 12 environmental supporters and 5 sample takers – and you. The team is responsible for ensuring that the environment is top-notch and that we comply with regulatory requirements, including requirements in internal procedures.
