The position As cLEAN® partner in Novo Nordisk Injectable Finished Products Quality (IFPQ) in Hillerød, your role will be to support, challenge and drive the further development of our cLEAN culture. This means you will: Be an ambassador for the cLEAN® agenda and support the continuous strengthening of the cLEAN® culture at all levels Be a trusted advisor to the director on cLEAN® Provide training, coaching and sparring to leaders and employees in using cLEAN systems and tools and cLEAN leadership behaviours (for leaders) Drive implementation of cLEAN® initiatives, including Leader Standard Work, Visual Management, Systematic Problem Solving and Value Stream Mapping Coordinate tasks in cooperation with the QA release team Sharing best practices across IFPQ through a cLEAN partner network You will get the opportunity to grow personally and professionally by developing your cLEAN® competencies and responding to exciting challenges with an impact on the results for the organisation. This will require you to possess good understanding of the department’s core processes, key stakeholders, current challenges, and top priorities. You will spend a large proportion of your time on the shopfloor together with leaders and employees, developing the quality culture and cLEAN® behaviour. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you: Have an academic degree within relevant subject matter (engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or project management) Are certified within cLEAN® (Eg. Black belt/DMAIC/2-star certified) Have experience within driving process improvements, designing and executing cLEAN® transformations Have proven experience in coaching leaders and employees Have experience in teaching cLEAN® principles, systems and tools – and cLEAN Leadership Behaviours Have practical experience in analyzing data and trends On a personal level you: Are passionate and have a natural drive to develop cLEAN culture Have a strong customer focus Can challenge leaders and employees while still building trust and relations Are curious and puzzled by processes that seem too complicated, and you enjoy identifying and improving them Enjoy both working independently and within a team / with different partners Communicate fluently in both Danish and English About the department You will be part of a department consisting of 4 teams with 55 dedicated colleagues who are proud of the inclusive work environment we maintain and a share an interest in creating ambitious results through collaboration and curiosity.
