In this newly created position you will be responsible for: Using your planning skills to ensure flow for test and validation activities across our department. Keeping track of these changes and translating it all into an activity plan for the department. Due to the nature of development, there are many changing timelines and priorities. It will be your task to ensure the department is on top of these changes. Ensuring we avoid bottlenecks in our activities to guarantee timely deliveries of test results, which is crucial for successful device development. Assisting management with re-arranging activities in order to best support medical device testing needs from across the organisation. To succeed, you are expected to come up with novel ideas and use tools you see fit to effectively solve this task. Moreover, thriving in an environment characterised by development and optimization is crucial. Embrace responsibility and proactively tackle daily challenges without hesitation.

We imagine that you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with: Proven track record in project management, including driving and planning/ coordinating project activities and their execution, preferably within medical development, production or similar. Prior experience in coordination or planning of test & validation activities would be a great asset. Experience with lean methodology. A flair for using data to drive decisions. Demonstrably solid IT skills like MS Project or similar would be advantageous. English speaking and writing proficiency. About the department
Devices & Delivery Solutions in Hillerød has a long-standing tradition of developing industry-leading injection pens. In the development of our medical devices, we ensure that innovation and user insights go hand in hand with a strong quality mindset.
Testing & Verification is a department with more than 50 colleagues from across the globe. We are a crucial partner in the device development process. We support all types and levels of medical testing – from the earliest prototypes to design verification of devices ready for the market. We are responsible specifying, developing and validating test equipment and methods to support these test activities.
We are four teams in the department, and you will be part of Assembly & Test Execution where you will have 13 colleagues. Working at Novo Nordisk
