Read on to learn more and apply today for a life-changing career The position As an Advanced User Communication Developer, you will be responsible for updating our processes related to the conception, development, and life cycle management of medical device labeling. Your key tasks will include:
  • Analyzing and defining new processes with a lean and quality-minded approach.
  • Leading process activities, such as updating SOPs, creating guidance documentation, and coordinating tasks related to process changes.
  • Facilitating workshops and gathering information from stakeholders across the organization to understand current and future state requirements for all processes.
  • Acting as a sparring partner with our User Communication Developers.
  • Your perspective will always be from the process side, aiming for compliance, effectiveness, and robustness Qualification To succeed in this position, you should have:
  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 years of experience within pharma or medico (preferred).
  • Experience working with Design Control, Regulatory requirements, and/or Development/maintenance of Medical Device Labeling in highly regulated areas.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-solving orientation, meeting deadlines while ensuring quality is never compromised.
  • As a person, you excel at stakeholder management, using your analytical skills to gather information and take a holistic approach to defining solutions. You are a proactive leader who can drive change and ensure stakeholder inclusion. Your collaborative and can-do attitude, along with your strong interpersonal skills, make you a valuable team player. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are flexible in your approach. About the Department The User Communication Variants & LCM team is part of the DDS Devices & Delivery Solutions area at Novo Nordisk. We are a group of 9 highly dedicated and committed employees who share a passion for creating patient-centric user communication. Located at our headquarters, we work collaboratively to develop Instructions for Use (IFUs) and medical device labeling for Novo Nordisk A/S medical devices.
