Senior Manager, Lead HR Business Partner for Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Hillerød Are you passionate about people, processes, and organizational development? Are you skilled at creating synergies between business needs, people and results? Do you know how to motivate and engage stakeholders, while connecting the dots across a large organisation? Then you might be our new Lead HR Business Partner for our IFP Production Site in Hillerød. The position You will lead a small team of skilled HRBPs, become a member of the site leadership team and of a strong HRBP team working across IFP. You will together with your team be responsible for identifying and delivering on an ambitious HR agenda which supports the strategic and operational business deliverables at the site. Your key responsibilities will be to secure effective HR leadership and to advice, support and collaborate with site leadership to deliver a winning agenda within: Organizational development and effectiveness Culture and engagement Change management Talent management & development Workforce management Through these activities you will play an essential role in continuously reviewing, assessing and evolving the organization in order to develop one of our modern and efficient production sites. Besides your role as a trusted partner for the site CVP and leadership team, you will also contribute to strategic projects across the SVP area and in relation to our wider P&O community. Qualifications You combine your strong skills within leadership, organizational development and team dynamics with a deep business understanding and an ability to think strategically. This enables you to connect business development and HR initiatives, based on a thorough understanding of the challenges and future outlook. The preferred candidate will have the following qualifications : Educational background within HR, Psychology, organizational development or a similar field Experience with leadership Deep insights into core HR processes Experience as a management consultant, HRBP from a management support role Strong business understanding and the ability to combine business needs to organizational development As a person, you are passionate about organizational and people development and delivering high-impact initiatives which directly impact business results. You possess strong communication skills and are skilled at building relationships at all levels of the organization. You are constructive, takeinitiative and thrive in a challenging environment with ambitious people. You can work independently and at the same time, you are a team player with a solution-driven attitude . About the P&O department Our People & Organisation Business Partnering team consist of 5 HR professionals supporting IFP Hillerød sites in Denmark and 4 Site P&O Directors heading P&O at our sites outside Denmark. Together, we are responsible for developing our organisation and employees to meet current and future needs. About Injectable Finished Products (IFP) and site Hillerød IFP are a global organization of almost 8.000 skilled and engaged colleagues ensuring filling, assembly and packing of devices and lifesaving medicine to more than 30 million people living with diabetes, obesity and other chronic diseases. Site Hillerød is one of 7 strategic sites in our IFP network, with +1200 colleagues and the modern production facility in Hillerød is key in our ability to deliver high quality products to our patients every day and the growth of Novo Nordisk.
