Apply today! The Position As an Associate Manager, you will lead 19 highly engaged and high-performing skilled workers who support three packaging lines operating 24/7 all weekdays. Your main tasks will be: - Providing efficient managerial support to production lines, ensuring smooth operations during production. - Collaborating closely with the technical support team to address any operational challenges and optimize performance. - Leading the team in setting clear direction and goals aimed at enhancing production efficiency and quality. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives to align with cGMP standards, ensuring reliable supply to patients worldwide. As a manager, you embody openness, loyalty, and honesty, driving results and fostering stable production through meticulous planning and collaborative efforts. Your ability to establish clear expectations and achievable goals, communicated effectively, ensures everyone is empowered for success. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: - 2 years of managerial experience within production, preferably within pharmacy or similar industries. - A strategic, innovative, and analytical mindset. - Preferably proven experience with systematic problem-solving and LEAN methodologies. - A strong track record in people leadership. - Fluency in both English and Danish. As a leader, you are structured, effective, and consistent in the execution and follow-up on daily assignments. You have strong communication skills and can build strong professional relationships. You have a general understanding of what it takes to lead people on shift, meaning you also have the ability to be flexible to support both production and your employees in the best way. You know how to implement simple, effective systems and processes that work with the people using the systems. Additionally, you know that involvement is key to obtaining ownership and empowerment. About the Department IFP Hillerød is an ambitious and business-critical area within Injectable Finished Products with approximately 1200 employees. You will become a part of our Finished Product area, where millions of both FlexTouch and FlexPen pens are packed from our packaging lines and delivered to patients all over the world. The department consists of approximately 180 dedicated employees divided into 9 teams. We focus on cLEAN and work purposefully to optimize our processes.
