The position You will be Associate Manager of our Facility Management team managing six dedicated employees. The team is responsible for facility management and occupational health, safety and environment. As our new Associate Manager, you will lead by example and set the direction. You will support your employees in their daily efforts to solve tasks and challenges. In close collaboration with other departments at our site, you will shape a working environment that creates job enthusiasm and matches the requests and capabilities of your team. You will be process responsible for processes related to facilities. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you: have at least three years of leadership experience, and you are confident in working with stakeholders at various levels within an organisation hold a degree in engineering – bachelor, master or similar is recommended have excellent stakeholder management skills are fluent in English and Danish. Knowledge of environmental management system (ISO 14001), OHS management system (OHSAS 18001) as well as operations and maintenance of buildings and surrounding areas will be considered as an advantage. We work in a dynamic and challenging environment with short deadlines, so you must be able to prioritise and take responsibility for quality and regulatory requirements – also when the solution is not obvious. You thrive in the decision-making role where decisiveness, self-consciousness and conflict management are key words, and you know how to win acceptance through direct and clear communication. As a person, you are not afraid of making decisions and setting direction. You are ambitious, proactive, and can develop your employees from where they are. You can work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of independence in prioritisation and planning execution. About the department You will be a part of the QC, Training and Facility Management department and have a workday with a large degree of independence. At the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organisation. The department is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organised in seven departments and with more than 400 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
