Then apply today, as you might be the new Project Manager we are looking for to join our Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing production site in Hjørring. The position As Project Manager, you will manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. Some of your main responsibilities include: Develop and maintain project plans, project schedules, and budgets Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives and requirements are clearly understood and met Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project team members, stakeholders, and vendors, as well as providing regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management Identify and manage project risks and issues Ensure that project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and easily accessible. On top of that, you will continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed, as well as actively contributing to project execution improvement, use of AI, Power-BI tools and other opportunities for increasing efficiency. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to have: At least a Bachelor's degree in Project Management or any other related field A previous project management experience with engineering, construction work, equipment, or production related projects The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and organizational skills Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Your strong leadership skills allow you to manage project teams easily even with people outside of your own team. About the department You will be part of the Needle Manufacturing Development. We are a key partner to R&D within manufacturing development of new products. We are involved in the planning, resource management and execution of a broad variety of projects on site in Hjørring, whether it is for establishing manufacturing equipment for new products or for the renewal of exiting production equipment, processes & buildings. We are also responsible for the Product Maintenance on the needle portfolio. We value professionalism, a high sense of responsibility and an open and informal dialogue. The department is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organised in seven departments and with approximately 450 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
