The digitalisation of the QC Lab in a strongly enhanced version is just about to kick-off and you get to be a part of both developing and maintaining strong features in the system and at the same time work diligently to improve and maintain process flows and work methods.
You will join a team of other LIMS Super Users who both supports the daily business operations and participates in cross functional projects in an organisation characterised by a helpful kind and very competent set of colleagues ready to welcome you as their peer.
A team of competent structured and communicative experts
Our LIMS team has the responsibility of supporting the daily business operations, while also driving the digitalisation of laboratory process to create better and more compliant workflows. Furthermore, we contribute to define and plan department strategies related to LIMS on a tactical level for new and updated strategy plans. We prepare input for ALK's overall IT strategy to improve and expand the use of LIMS.
This means that you will work closely with IT acting as the interface between IT and Operations. We expect you to have strong collaboration skills as well as good communications skills, being able to explain complex situations in simple terms.

One thing we can’t and won’t change is working in a cGMP environment according to the requirements of Computerized System Validation. Thus, all changes to LIMS are documented through changes control processes, and various documents describing the procedures, requirements, test and validation plans, protocols, reports, and you should thrive in making sure that documentation is always complete and precise.

Whatever background you come from it is your desire to make a difference for the people and the workflows in the lab through your “nerdy” interest in LIMS that will get you this job. You are most likely a lab technician with a relevant background and a keen passion for LIMS.
Should you however hold a bachelor's degree or higher level within engineering, science, supply chain you are just as relevant as we will tailor the position to you, your skill level and your interests (within reason of course).
We expect you to have a minimum of +2 years' experience with LIMS, preferably with Sample Manager or Labware, and as such also experience from GMP and pharmaceutical production, incl. change control cases.
Your Project work experience comes either from handling small to medium complex projects or from participating in projects. This is where you’ve learned to be a collaborator with good communication skills. As you service a variety of diverse stakeholders it is important that you are fluent in spoken and written Danish and English.
As a person you are open minded with a positive attitude and thrive with handling many stakeholders throughout the company. You like to take responsibility and work in a structured manner. Handling deadlines is second nature to you. Just as handling changing priorities and deadlines is.
