In Novo Nordisk we drive our business to the benefit of patients. We investigate how to establish new, ground-breaking biotech facilities based on modern technology with fully automated operations and digitalised processes.
We are now hiring skilled workers and support functions within the following disciplines: Fermentation, recovery, purification, freeze- and spray-drying, facility design and construction, utility design and construction, automation/IT design and construction as well as experienced profiles within industry 4.0 technologies and health & safety. We expect to post jobs continuously. The activities will be carried out at our site in Kalundborg, home of Novo Nordisk API manufacturing. About the position:
You will participate in project activities for investigating design, constructability, scheduling costs for a potential new production facility. The key design principle will be to implement the best-in-class electrical standards from other production facilities. You will be a part of a maintenance team consisting of blacksmiths, calibration technicians, electricians, and support functions. The main task for this team is to ensure true predictive maintenance by focusing on the maximum availability of production time. This includes spare part listing and strategy and focusing on conducting QRMs (Quality Risk Management) to achieve the right level of maintenance for electrical components and instruments.
About you
To be considered for this position, the following is essential:
• Have solid knowledge of how NN (Novo Nordisk) electrical systems are build and solid experience in operating and maintaining of electrical components and instruments
• Your educational background could be electrician, industrial electrician, or automation technician / mechanic etc.
• Documentation such as maintenance plans, spare part listing BOMs (Build of Materials) etc. are tasks that you do with obviousness as this is a big part of project work
• Being an excellent ambassador for maintainability on the various workshops through the project phases
• Have a certain knowledge about technology trends within electrical systems or profound knowledge of electrical components.
• Knowledge in ABB800 xa is an advantage
• English proficiency (verbal and written)
