The Position As GMP supporter in the Facility team, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing Heating Ventilation and Airconditioning (HVAC) in an Aseptic Filling Facility. Your responsibility will be to ensure flawless operation of your designated area of room conditions (HVAC, Building Management System (BMS) & Facility Monitoring System (FMS)). To develop and improve the process and equipment and to support stakeholders within our facility with your expertise in HVAC. The job will be a combination of shopfloor and office work. The key tasks will include:
  • Ensure daily operation of our HVAC/FMS/BMS.
  • Perform half yearly validation activities.
  • Perform systematic problem solving on process and equipment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with current rules and regulations.
  • Identify and implement improvements of HVAC/FMS/BMS.
  • Qualifications You will be a great asset to our team because you have:
  • An academical degree within engineering.
  • Preferably +2 years of experience within a GMP regulated environment this is however not a mandatory.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to build relations with stakeholders.
  • English bilingual proficiency.

Bringing a good sense of humor to work even when pressure is on and thrive in a changing and dynamic environment is also important. About the Department Our team is part of the Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) Finished Products Kalundborg area that is part of our largest production complex in Novo Nordisk. Here we are app. 520 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients in to the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We rely on our stabile/well-run/best-in-class packaging department and our newly established high-tech and high-volume filling facility. Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly, and pack.
