Do you want to play a central role in securing the most effective and efficient training-setup, as well as supporting the business with relevant competence development and training content development? Are you motivated by solving problems, seeing opportunities and driving change? Then you could be the Training Partner we are looking for. The position In the position as Training Partner in OSQ, you will work closely with many stakeholders and target groups to support optimal training and increasing performance. In practice, you will:
  • be the anchor for standardising, simplifying and optimising our training set-up and enable a robust and efficient onboarding in a period of rapid expansion
  • contribute with analysis, design and development of simple and effective training solutions to cover training needs and solve business problems
  • apply a fact-based, and data driven approach, and secure an up-to-date, simple and manageable setup of training and modules
  • ensure that learning solutions are kept simple, manageable, and engaging for end-users
  • support your stakeholders with choosing the right training methods and activities, and develop effective and efficient training
  • actively seek opportunities to enhance learning performance by supporting effective training content development as well as application of relevant technology, digital tools and job aids
  • You will join a network of training professionals in Novo Nordisk Quality and across the company where you will get sparring, share knowledge about best practices and receive guidance and support to implement, anchor and maintain these practices. Qualifications You hold a Master's Degree within learning science, psychology or equivalent, or have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within training development and implementation in a large organisation. In addition, you
  • possess strong communication skills including the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • have an investigative and analytical approach to problems, and you strive to see them first-hand so you get a clear understanding of how competence development can contribute to the solution.
  • focus on improvement opportunities and the ability to execute projects independently and proactively
  • possess a strong drive and a can-do attitude.
  • Finally, it would be a huge advantage if you have experience with:
  • lean and/or behavioural design is an advantage
  • working in a regulated environment, e.g. within the pharmaceutical, food or aviation industry.
  • Operations & Staffs Quality - Part of Novo Nordisk Quality Operations & Staffs Quality (OSQ) is part of Novo Nordisk Quality. It is a very diverse area consisting of 6 departments/units, focused on being strategic QA business partners for Operations & Staff areas.
    One of the units is the Customer Complaints Center (CCC), also known as ‘the voice of our patients’, as they are handling and investigating customer complaints as well as actual and potential product recalls.
    Initially, your focus will be on partnering with CCC, and you will be working very closely with the Director for Customer Complaint Operations.
