How you might spend your days
As a Management Assistant, you’ll be working with a passionate team where you’ll be:
- Providing daily support to a manager team of a director and managers
- Play a major part in budget activities, recruit and onboarding of new employees, calendar management, correspondence and HR related tasks
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports and ensure system approvals on expense handling etc.
- Facilitate and coordinate management meetings as well as prepare and follow up on agendas, presentations, minutes of meeting and actions
- Responsible for planning and coordinating internal and external activities and events and ensure that all activities are maintained within deadline
- Internal communication, both internally between management and department employees and externally in the organization etc.
- Book and ensure practical support for meetings and workshops
- Ad hoc tasks.

The miles you’ve walked

- You have min. 3-5 years of experience from a similar position.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge and curios about getting to know other systems and tools.
- Good collaboration and communication skills.
- You speak and write Danish and English
