The position As a Purification Process Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Influencing production optimization and capacity management. This involves being a part of the management team and working closely with the development department and production teams to optimize process performance.

System verifications, change requests, and validation

In this role, you will also collaborate closely with various departments such as Quality Assurance, Production, Development, Laboratories, and Technical Support daily. Your contribution to maintaining compliance with the quality management system and adherence to LEAN principles will be crucial in ensuring the organization's success in achieving its goals. Qualifications In the role of Purification Process Specialist, we are looking for a candidate with several years of experience in such areas as process validation and qualification, design of processes, system verification, as well as purification processes – from the pharmaceutical industry. We imagine that you also have:

An academic background (for example as an Engineer or master’s degree in life sciences) – or technical background with practical production experience

Solid experience in defining best practices and desire to share expertise on how the processes should be designed and constructed

Good Communications skills in Englis h
