Junior Project Manager for complex projects in insulin manufacturing facility Are you looking to kick-start your career within Project Management? – then this is a call for you! We are looking for a Junior Project Manager for our projects covering our Insulin Manufacturing 2 area in Kalundborg, as part of our Project Management Office (PMO). You will be working with close collaboration with professionals and stakeholders on the site, handling a variety of everyday challenges amongst your group e.g., structuring vendor claims and keeping the overview towards the Project Manager. We’re looking for you whom have a strong drive towards construction and process projects. You have a strong mindset towards supporting, problem solving and collaboration with professionals in the field. Whether you’re newly graduated or have a few years of experience with supporting or participating in projects, our priority is finding a person with the aspirations of learning about project management in a pharmaceutical company such as Novo Nordisk. The Position Once you step into your new role as a Project Coordinator, you will be part of a diverse, competent and growing PMO team. Your main focus will be contributing to a high priority complex investment project that secures the future delivery of medicine from our area. The role comes with a wide array of tasks, but we have put together a list of your main responsibilities: Coordinate tasks and deliverables between project team members and stakeholders outside the project Support the project manager and the project team with filing out and maintaining documents related to the projects and creation and updates on project plans Steer board meetings Support with presentation material Responsible for onboarding of external project team members (ID cards, training, access, workspaces etc) Setting up/driving workshops Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to have: At least 1-year previous experience as Project Coordinator or similar function Interest and willingness to learn about the technical aspects of the project Courage and drive to engage with many stakeholders Natural preference to be supportive to a project manager and project team You are fluent in English, both written and spoken with excellent communication skills. It would be considered an advantage if you also have: Experience working within a regulated/pharmaceutical environment Experience with creation and working with templates and standard work Experience within process development and implementation of production equipment Have a degree within Project Management, Engineering, Science or similar As a person, you are supportive, and service minded. You work systematic and are well-organized. You are pro-active, curious, and eager to learn - and can navigate also when the path is not yet well described. You have strong execution, communication and collaboration skills and a proven ability to collaborate within a complex organization. You easily build trust in your relationships and get commitment from internal and external stakeholders. About the department Insulin Manufacturing 2 (IM2) in Kalundborg is part of the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) area in Novo Nordisk. The plant has seven different departments, with more than 600 colleagues producing the core ingredient of many of the quality products we deliver to people living with diabetes around the world. In the IM2 Project Team you will be part of a team that supports all departments, driving a variety of high importance investment projects developing and optimizing the facility. The IM2 Business Support area consists of about 130 highly qualified employees with a multitude of professional backgrounds, all with the common purpose to support our production and implementation of Novo Nordisk strategies within API.
