Are you a strong IT Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully navigating people and projects to the required destination? Would you like to work in a project department, were we build warehouses for the future, including newest technologies, sustainability designs, and interdisciplinary cooperation across Novo Nordisk functions? Then you might be the new IT Project Manager we are looking to define, plan, and execute our IT strategy. The position As Senior IT Project Manager in Warehouse Expansion, you will be responsible for the IT strategy and following IT project plan for our new warehouse in Kalundborg, which is still in the design phase. Some of your main focus will be to: Ensure and align IT strategy for the project together with central IT departments and stakeholders Define how the warehouse inclusive equipment and automated systems must be linked to Novo Nordisk IT systems and validated. This includes systems like SAP, PSnet, BMS/FMS, PAS-X etc Execute on the needed solutions as stated in you project plan Head up workshops. Your main tasks will be linked to the coming warehouse in Kalundborg, but you will also have interactions with activities in Hillerød. Therefore, you can work from both Kalundborg or Hillerød. You will report directly to the Project Director as Work Package Owner for IT and will work in a project environment, were we have daily close coordination with our colleagues. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Hold at least a bachelor’s degree within IT, engineering or any other relevant field Have a strong experience within IT project management Possess knowledge of IT system and networking Be fluent in English (written and spoken). As a person, you enjoy working with people and are able to build good relationships with your stakeholders. You are systematic and a clear communicator. You thrive working both autonomously and still in close cooperation with our colleagues whenever it’s needed. In busy periods, you can keep the overview and set direction for your area of responsibility. You aim to have a positive mind-set and a solution oriented approach. About the department We are part of Sourcing Operations, who manages the global inbound supply chain to deliver packaging and raw materials to production and clinical trials. Warehouse Expansionis a department, focusing on implementing new internal warehouse capacity to meet future demand. We are newly established, and our job is to expand the existing warehouse in Hillerød and build a new green field warehouse in Kalundborg. Our department is located in both Hillerød and Kalundborg, but we frequent have meetings across sites in Novo Nordisk. You will be a part of a new team which within a short time will consist of 12 dedicated colleagues, a team who takes care of each other and supports each other. In the project team, we believe in a thorough on-boarding, that will bring you closer to be a success in the role.
