The job
As a process supporter, you will become part of our utility support team of 15 good colleagues who handle the utility support for one – soon two – recovery production facilities in Kalundborg. The team is young and needs an experienced supporter, with an out-going personality, who can help set direction and keep an overview while the daily tasks are solved
Your primary tasks will include:
• Technical support to the production equipment.
• Support the daily operation.
• Maintain stable processes.
• Work with technical challenges in production, deviations and change requests.
• Validating processes and maintaining this documentation.
• Implement projects and optimization in production to aim for error free process.
• Improving and optimizing our standards
• Overview of ways in which we can develop and improve our workflows in production.
The work takes place in a dynamic but socially relaxed and informal environment, where we emphasize humor, commitment, and unity in a busy everyday life. Your primary responsibility will be to support the equipment of the daily operation in producing intermedia products.
Qualifications
We imagine that you: • Have an academic degree Bsc. Or Msc. within Mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, Engineering in manufacturing, Marine engineering or similar.
• Have some years of relevant work experience from production, where you have worked with processes, deviations, problem solutions, validations / qualifications or similar.
• Are a strong communicator both written and spoken in English, just as you master the use of the Microsoft Office Platform
As a person, you have an out-going personality and like to interact with many different stakeholders every day. Moreover, we expect you to be structured, quality conscious and committed to your work while being able to complete tasks before the deadline that meet the requirements for GMP. You are positive towards the challenges that working life can present. You enjoy working independently and in groups across departments and organizations.
The department
We are a diverse department consisting of operators, skilled workers, all focussing on producing products for diabetics around the world. In total we are currently about 110 people working to keep the recovery facility running 24/7. The department is undergoing substantial remodelling and is therefore expanding. About Novo Nordisk
