The position
As a Technical Supporter - Packaging, you will be welcomed into a group of 15 professionals within the Technical Support & Validation team in the Oral Finished Products department. You will collaborate with the team members on the tasks that require using various equipment. You will be responsible for taking preventive actions as well as driving improvement initiatives and optimizations in the tablet production. Your key responsibilities will include: • Ensuring the stability of our production equipment.
• Implementing improvement initiatives.
• Developing the skilled workers and technicians’ knowledge.
• Systematic problem solving.
• Completing documentation utilizing a high level of detail. You will be part of a larger network of people and can expect to collaborate with many different stakeholders at different levels across the organization. You will be responsible for driving optimal performance of the filling equipment and defining strategy of reliable line setup. You will join the journey of ensuring technical stability and world class operation efficiency, increasing the capacity of our Oral Finished Production lines to support sites globally!
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is keen on working in international environment with an eye for details. Our ideal candidate understands the importance of always keeping high quality of the performance and is interested in driving change. To succeed in this role, you have: • An Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• Experience participating in projects while collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Extensive experience as an Engineer or Product Engineer. We would also consider fresh graduates.
• Experience with GMP regulations or working in a highly regulated environment with suppliers is an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English. Danish would be an advantage. As a person, you have a problem-solving approach and the drive to create new solutions for technical challenges. You have excellent communication skills that help you build relations cross functionally and globally. You also understand how mechanical adjustments, alignments, dimensioning and tolerances can influence manufacturing process and have an experience using this knowledge to improve performance.

Injectable Finished Products (IFP) plays a key role in delivering products to our patients worldwide and is a strategic global network with production sites in US, China, Brazil, France, and Denmark. With approximately 6.300 employees, IFP is a truly global organization with capacity to deliver products globally. IFP holds the responsibility to produce products for launches of all new diabetes products and for high volume and high efficiency production for all continents in the world. In Finished production in Kalundborg, we are 270 employees, responsible to assembly and packaging of obesity and diabetic products on our fully automatic production lines.
