The position
As a GMP Supporter, your job will involve helping the warehouse and logistics departments follow GMP regulations. Working in the warehouse as a GMP Supporter means every day is different, dealing with a wide range of tasks and new challenges. Currently, the warehouse is getting automated, so our new colleague should be ready to change how things are done and then use LEAN to make them work even better.
Your primary tasks will be to: Handle quality issues in the warehouse
Investigate and report deviations
Take part in workshops, tests, or address problems related to proposed enhancements in our processes
Update and improve SOPs as well as present cases at internal audits and authority inspections
Train the operators in new tasks
You will also be in charge of documenting quality incidents in the warehouse and guiding operators on the proper procedures for accurately recording these events.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has great communication skills and a strong problem-solving ability. Moreover, our ideal candidate has a good understanding of a GMP environment and is interested in an active role in improving the whole department.
To succeed in this role, you have: BSc Degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering or similar
At Least 2 years of experience within GMP regulated industry
Hands-on approach to executing processes and tackling challenges
Professional proficiency in English and Danish
On a personal level, you are a fast learner and have strong analytical skills that allow you to gain oversight of complex processes and issues. You thrive taking on challenges and excel in taking the lead and demonstrating initiative to systematically address them. Given the collaborative nature of the role, involving close teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, effective communication skills are crucial to steer the overall strategy. About the department
At IFP Kalundborg, we specialize in manufacturing high-quality injectable products and tablets for patients with diabetes globally. The Warehouse Support team is a part of IFP Kalundborg’s Business Support and consists of 9 GMP Supporters.
