About your future department
We are a diverse department consisting of operators, skilled workers, academics and more focussing on producing products for diabetics around the world. In total we are currently about 130 people working to keep the fermentation facility running 24/7. The department is undergoing substantial remodelling and is therefore expanding.The position
Together with your colleagues in the support team, you will have the daily responsibility to address challenges and ensure a stable manufacturing process. You will therefore benefit from the ability to maintain an overview of multiple tasks and have an interest in problem solving. As such, it is vital that you can prioritize the most important things first, ensuring that things are finished in time, and with a strong focus on quality.
Tasks are associated with deviations, change requests, update of documents to name a few. Down the line you will also be able to generate and execute on ideas of your own. Opportunities for development are plentiful and only restrained by your own commitment to follow through.The candidateYou hold a degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, biotechnology etc.), pharmacy, natural sciences or you have obtained similar competences throughout your career. Preferably you have experience from pharmaceutical production, but newly graduated candidates with high potential will also be taken into consideration. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and thrives in a high tempo environment. You are structured and proactive in your work and will never compromise on quality. GMP and LEAN is a natural part of your skill set. To succeed you need to be able to keep a cool head and make decisions in a busy work environment where the agenda changes frequently.
