The PositionAs an Associate Manager, you will be leading a production team in one of our insulin purification facilities. The team consists currently of 21 operators on shift work and a technician.Your key responsibilities will include:· Development of employees and ensuring engagement through visible and present leadership.· Setting, communicating and following up on tangible goals.· Developing and implementing simple, effective systems and processes that work with the people using the systems.You will join a management team that values diversity and collaboration, where we help each other across teams. We encourage open and honest communication and challenge each other to improve and develop our department. QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:· Experience with GMP and/or API production, ideally with hands-on experience working on a production line· Experience in leadership and the ability to motivate and develop teams· Experience working with the culture of LEAN and the ability to work in a structured and systematic manner· Good communication skills in Danish and English. You believe in the potential of LEAN leadership, are curious and driven to achieve results. As a person you have a proactive approach to work, where you take initiative to identify and solve problems or improve processes. You have strong communication skills and the ability to give feedback, coach and develop employees as well as to collaborate with other departments and teams across the organization. In busy periods, you are able to keep the overview and set direction through aligned priorities. About the DepartmentThe department, PPIV Insulin Multiline in Purification Plants, Kalundborg employs approximately 75 proficient workers, organized into 5 teams. Our responsibilities include producing some of our newest insulin and GLP-1 analogues, as well as providing Automation Support for all facilities within the Purification Plants.
