We investigate how to establish new, ground-breaking biotech facilities based on modern technology with fully automated operations and digitalised processes.
We are now hiring senior project leads, and process specialists within the following disciplines: Fermentation, Recovery, Purification, Freeze- and Spray-drying, Facility design and construction, Utility design and construction, Automation/IT design and construction as well as experienced profiles within industry 4.0 technologies and Health & Safety. We expect to post jobs continuously. The activities will be carried out at our site in Kalundborg, home of API manufacturing. About the position: Master Data Steward - Logistics
As a Master Data Steward in Logistics, you will support the creation of basic data and master data in the different systems. This is not a typical Master Data position, you will start at the design phase as part of the Logistics team, which means that you will collaborate with users and team members to obtain the information to create basic data. Your goal is to ensure standardization in the logistics system structure.
We work in a big project, so we need your best cross-functional skills to interact with the different stakeholders from different functions like Logistics, IT, Automation, Robotics, Processes and Raw Material Professionals. We also need to have continuous coordination with your other colleagues in the logistics team that will be working in similar topics in the same project. It is key that you are curious and have a high attention to details and quality.
The position will be transitioning from basic data creation to master data creation according to the project stages.
About you
To be considered for this position, you should:
• Interview and collaborate with users and logistics professionals to get information to create data.
• Have a clear understanding of warehouses structure and logistics tasks in a system.
• Create basic data for the different warehouses and logistics systems.
• Understand the systems infrastructure and where to create data.
• Knowledge sharing with team members and continuous improvement.
• Willing to learn new technologies and develop your skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal consultants, other professionals, and project managers.
• Experience using an ERP or WMS would be appreciated.
• Good English communication skills written and verbally
