A.P. Moller - Maersk is actively seeking a dedicated Student Assistant to join our high-performing Investor Relations (IR) team. Our Investor Relations function plays a crucial role in effectively communicating our financial insights to analysts and investors, thereby enhancing their understanding of our equity story. As an integral part of our close-knit team, you will not only contribute to the day-to-day operations of a cutting-edge large-cap Investor Relations function but also take charge of special projects that align with your unique skill set.
Key responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive company peer analyses
- Providing essential administrative support
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly IR materials
- Contributing to shareholder identification and targeting efforts
- Engaging in ad hoc financial analysis
Who we are looking for
We are searching for a talented and performance-driven student who is excited about the opportunity to be at the crossroads of A.P. Moller - Maersk and the dynamic capital markets. In addition, we anticipate that you possess:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of academic experience in business, finance, economics, or a related field, with a proven track record of academic excellence
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with fluency in English (proficiency in Danish is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- A keen willingness to learn and a robust drive to cultivate your professional skills and abilities
This position entails an estimated commitment of approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility accommodated for exam periods. The role is based at our corporate headquarters at Esplanaden 50.
