About the job
Art + Image is based in Copenhagen and works with customers in Denmark and abroad. We are seeking a dedicated student assistant to join our team from October/November 2023 until the end of May 2024. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of research reports, dossiers, and presentations. Your responsibilities will also include bibliographic research and active participation in research discussions. This position offers flexibility in both schedule and location, with English as the primary language.

The tasks will primarily focus on:
Occasional work trips in the Greater Copenhagen Area may occur.

- Create a uniform narrative by comprehending and unifying document contents.
- Contribute to report writing with an academic focus.
- Identify core information and highlight any omissions.
- Develop and maintain a system to monitor progress through KPIs and time tracking.
- Attend weekly meetings and present results, improvements, and needs.
Occasional work trips in the Greater Copenhagen Area may occur.
— Your profile
We imagine that you:
- Are an active student at a higher education programme in any of the fields of Art History, Conservation or Paleontology
- Are enrolled at either a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Have some experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Have an interest in art investigation, art market and due diligence protocols
- Proficiency in English UK, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of art analysis / archaeometric techniques is a plus
- Are not allergic to cats
