About the team
Our Nordic ERP Talent Community is growing! We have Solution Architects, Application Consultants, Technical Architects as well as Business Process Leads. We Primarily work with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) with Finance, Supply Chain, Production and Retail Processes to name a few. We often collaborate with other Avanade Talent Communities, who are skilled in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Analytics, Azure integration services and Change Management. We have colleagues in or near all major Nordic cities. Our people are motivated, interested in learning and genuinely have a desire to be the best at what they do. About you
We imagine that you have experience working with Clients (and are comfortable with interacting with clients on all levels) to determine the business requirements. You are able to demonstrate how standard processes are performed on D365 F&O and have the tools to analyze the process gaps and identify the possible solutions. You've also previously worked with:
- Connecting with onshore or offshore colleagues to solve client challenges
- Training and support end users in testing their new solution
- Your communication skills in at least one Nordic language as well as English
It is OK if you are not currently a D365 consultant, if you are an ERP user who knows the business processes, we can teach you the system!

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is the core and heart of most business’ digital transformation strategy. Modern ERP systems help businesses simplify complexity which enables them to move forward and thrive in the digital age. You will help your clients solve real business problems and prepare for future challenges, known and unknown.
As a member of our ERP team, you would, with your expertise, assist in the solutioning and full implementation cycle of D365 F&O for new and existing clients.
A successful candidate is expected to have a firm grasp of one or more business processes supported by D365 F&O. Understanding supply chain processes, project operations or deep industry knowledge is especially meritorious. You may be a Super User interested in moving into consulting or an experienced consultant with a proven track record of successfully delivering in complex, full lifecycle ERP implementations.
