You will join our awesome Danish team located in downtown Copenhagen. You will be a part of our Talent Acquisition Team conducting in house recruitments reporting directly to the P&O Manager in Denmark.Since you will be at the core of attraction our next generation of 3Shapers, you will enter into a position, that is highly critical for the success of 3Shape. Depending on your qualifications and ambition level, you will be a close sparring partner for managers at all levels in the organization within many different parts of the value chain. All of our leaders have in common, that they are in the search of a new member of their team and they need you as their sparring partner and support to succeed.What you don’t already know, you will learn fast. And we will be supporting you accelerate your learning so you can contribute and impact our business. You will match us perfectly, if you are energetic, self-driven and eager to support our managers to succeed with our growth ambitions in 3Shape by supporting end to end recruitments.The positionIn short, you will be working with the full recruitment process from start to finish, including hands-on recruitment activities to support our hiring managers in Denmark throughout the full recruitment cycle.Your key tasks will be:
  • Act as trusted partner and collaborate with managers to define crystal-clear job requirements to target right candidates
  • Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc
  • Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
  • Apply assessment tools to validate candidate preferences and abilities
  • Support hiring managers in activating their network, using our ATS system and enhancing our time to hire
  • Promote a strong and positive employee experience throughout the full recruitment process
    • During the next period, we will put additional focus on strengthening our recruitment methods and sourcing techniques. You will be an integral part of this work, and you will apply your practical experience into easy-to-use tools for our HR colleagues and managers.QualificationsYou are comfortable working in an international, agile, and fast paced environment. You consider yourself to have a can-do attitude and to be an energetic and positive self-starter. You thrive in a high-speed environment where missing guidelines don’t frustrate you, but instead energize you by the freedom they offer to your work. Your great communication skills and service mindset make you a recognized supporting partner for the managers. You thrive working independently, but always see yourself as a strong collaborator.Moreover, we expect you to have:
  • A relevant educational background preferably within the area of HR
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience is preferable – but not necessary
  • Fluent in English since this is our corporate language
  • Most importantly you have a passion for recruitment, and positive approach with “fire in your eyes”
