As People Operations Specialist, you will be part of our HR Operations Team in Group People & Culture covering our nine offices in EMEA. The HR Operations team consists of five employees located in Copenhagen and Amsterdam, all reporting to the Head of Employee Relations and HR Operations. The team is a part of the People and Culture department.

We are a dynamic team with a wide range of tasks within people administration and people system (Workday) across the global organization. As a People Operations Specialist, you have a hands-on role where you are responsible for and work independently with various tasks within the HR Operations team. You will work closely with the other team members in HR Operations, the Business Partners, and the different Centers of Excellence in the People & Culture department.

As a People Operations Specialist, your focus will be on managing processes related to our employees and ensuring smooth day-to-day system processes for the various teams. You have a lot of opportunities to optimize the processes within the team as well.

Your main responsibilities will be

  • Advise and support leaders and employees on various day-to-day questions regarding the collective agreement and employment terms and conditions in general
  • Day-to-day execution and drafting of documents such as contracts, amendments as well as other employee related documentation globally
  • Assist with various tasks in relation to employment law matters, such as drafting of termination letters
  • Be responsible/ ‘super user’ in our global people system (Workday) – being able to explain/demonstrate the system to leaders and assist Business Partners with various changes
  • Be involved in our global mobility process, including drafting documents and collaborating with our relocation vendor and payroll to ensure compliance and a good employee experience
  • Update and draft various HR documents, such as employee handbooks, templates etc.
  • Collaborate with and supporting stakeholders in our offices around Europe on employee related topics
  • Participate in various development projects within the HR Operations Team focusing on optimization and digitalization

As a People Operations Specialist you need to have a service-minded approach and put a great effort into going the extra mile for your team and the organization. You must have an interest in helping and advising leaders and employees globally with a wide range of requests.

You can work independently, have an eye for the details and an interest in finding pragmatic solutions to the challenges you are faced with. You are a team-player and work as a trusted advisor together with the rest of the team.

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience with HR operational tasks such as drafting contracts, advising on employee related questions, collective agreement etc.
  • Experience with and/or interest in people systems
  • Experience with and/or interest in global mobility/relocations
  • Fluent English skills both in writing and verbal communication
