Learn more about us here: www.3Shape.com/audioYou now have the opportunity to join a highly skilled and motivated international team, where we are developing the next generation of service-oriented CAD/CAM Audio Solutions.Your responsibilities Reporting directly to the General Manager of 3Shape Audio, the role will lead our Product Management efforts spanning from product strategy and design, to technical and commercial dialogues with key accounts. The role is central in 3Shape Audio and will be part of the Audio leadership setting overall direction for the business unit and product strategy ahead.
  • Product Strategy: Define & implement the overall product vision and strategy, including identifying customer needs, articulating the value proposition, determining product positioning, and defining target product lifecycle.
  • Strategy implementation: Build clear product and technical software roadmaps. Based on the roadmaps, clarify, document, and communicate well defined use-cases for R&D
  • Act as key contact for senior technical stakeholders at our key accounts covering overall strategy, product upgrades, implementations, feedback and identifying commercial opportunities as well as gathering and prioritizing product requirements, including features, functionality, and design.
  • Operate as a close collaborator and interface between customers and technical, commercial and operational teams in 3Shape Audio.
  • Define and drive go-to-market plan for our key product launch including customer strategies, packaging and pricing.
  • Conduct ongoing industry and competitor surveillance and capability analysis to inform strategy and priorities.
  • Operate in an iterative development environment and continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and find opportunities and risks.
    • We are looking forWe are looking for a highly experienced software product manager candidate with strong technical understanding and product experience to lead our Product Management efforts.
  • 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in the software industry working with agile software development.
  • An independent professional with a can-do attitude who can lead projects and initiatives from start to finish.
  • Strong technical foundation and software understanding, able to engage in technical dialogues with the R&D team.
  • Able to structure, prioritize, plan and drive decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to quickly understand new concepts, areas and dynamics and break down complex ideas into simple tasks and priorities.
  • A value-driven team-player with a collaborative style and high integrity.
  • Superb oral and written communication skills across technical and commercial audiences able to work seamlessly with colleagues and customers of all seniorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to positively influence and motivate others.
