You will join our awesome Danish team located in downtown Copenhagen. You will be a part of our Talent Acquisition Team conducting in house recruitments reporting directly to the P&O Manager in Denmark.We are looking for a full-time maternity leave cover to join our team as soon as possible until end of 2023. Depending on your qualifications and ambition level, you will be involved in all or parts of the recruitment process supporting the team’s overall goal of meeting the business’ hire need.A position in the Talent Acquisition team will offer you an opportunity for both personal and professional development in a global organisation.     • You will be supporting our TA team and hiring managers on various steps in the recruitment process and your main responsibilities will be:
  • Support talent searches through LinkedIn, various digital channels, and other platforms.
  • Seek out and recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent.
  • Support the structure and progress of our overall recruitment process.
  • Support hiring managers in activating their network, using our ATS system and improving our time to hire.
  • Promote a strong and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • QualificationsYou might be the person we are looking for if you are an energetic, self-driven and humble team player. You are ambitious, have confidence within yourself, and you do not shy away from a challenge. You have great communication skills, and you are comfortable communicating with different stakeholders.We will be looking for a candidate who:
  • Is proactive and great at creating and maintaining structure.
  • Has a can-do attitude and is a self-starter.
  • Is comfortable working in an international, agile, and fast paced environment.
  • Thrives working independently but values the benefit of strong collaboration.
  • Has a passion for recruitment and positive approach with “fire in the eyes”.
  • Is fluent in English since this is our corporate language.
