Your mission...
As the Activation Graduate, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless in-store execution of exciting new launches from the largest beauty company in the world. During the 12-month program, you will have a central role in the team dealing with international brands such as Elvital, Respons, Fructis, Excellence & Nutrisse. The role reports to the Senior Category Manager.
You will...
· Responsible for the execution of go-to market strategy: operations and visuals for displays in Denmark and Norway.
· Owning the display process and overview, and managing local display catalogues
· Adapt layout needs in the form of various POS/PLV materials for displays and launch-specific trade papers
· Develop the necessary tools to manage and optimize in-store elements flow and timelines
· Collaboration with a wide array of stakeholders in internal teams: Category, Commercial and Nordic as well as external suppliers
· In charge of making purchase orders, supplier quotes and cost overviews
· Act as the referral in the knowledge of country specific needs and practice
· Assist in Category Management projects more widely.
Your Profile...
· You have graduated from your Master’s program within Marketing, Communication, Branding or similar
· You have strong organization skills: ability to coordinate, plan, a sense of priority and solid time management
· You are not afraid to take responsibility and motivated by executional excellence (getting things done)
· You are ambitious with a sense of aesthetics, as well as a creative problem solver with an open mindset
· You are fluent in Danish or Norwegian and English, written and spoken
· You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office
· You are a pro-active team player with a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Hands-on experience within the FMCG industry is seen as an advantage
