Got what it takes? We are currently looking for a Nordic Revenue Growth Management Analyst – Nordic RGM Analyst - in L’Oréal Consumer Products Division in Copenhagen.
Your mission…
As the Nordic RGM Analyst, you are accountable to lead and continuously improve internal processes and tools around pricing & assortment optimization for CPD Nordic. You will conduct analysis to identify new opportunities, evaluate the performance of both L’Oréal and competition, and generate transformative insights to the multi-functional team in order to fuel sustainable profitable growth.

Lead price and assortment optimization for the Nordic RGM team
Lead the launch, renovation and price increase processes across the Nordics Support portfolio optimization and pack price architecture strategy with analysis and business cases Analyze market valorization trends and competition and identify white space opportunities and build business cases Run / support other functions to run RGM analyses, and fuel back learnings into business teams
Lead price elasticity studies, present key findings and provide value driving recommendations back to the business Support multifunctional team on mix mgt optimization via analysis, insights, and concrete action plans incl. supporting KAM retailer storytelling with a “value creation focus” Together with finance, track RGM initiative performances and steer net pricing corridors compliance
Track valorization impact of pricing and assortment RGM initiatives Steer MINAP & NetP corridor compliance Evaluate trade investments performance alongside providing support to commercial finance on folding exercise Continuously develop internal tools and upskill cross functional team

1-2 years of experience in sales, finance or RGM is preferred. Project management is a plus. Analytical skills incl. ability to work with complex and large data sets, implement data collection systems / develop tools / automatize Strong business acumen incl. interpretation skills to derive business relevant insights from analyses Stakeholder management and collaboration skills alongside the ability to build relationships with other teams to upskill knowledge & impact the company’s You are detail oriented, work in a structured manner and well-organized in your daily work Ambition and appetite for new challenges You are fluent in English We are looking for Nordic RGM Analyst to start as soon as possible .
