Our newly established Centre of Excellence, Organisational Capability and Learning, has a key role to play in ensuring that Ramboll has the skills, knowledge and capabilities to achieve our ambitions. You will join one of four Centres of Excellence within Group HR and support our business globally.</p><p><br>
As our Programme Lead, you will support and develop the successful implementation of our organisational capability programs and workforce planning, focusing primarily on robust project management and execution.</p><p><br>

Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.</p><p> </p><p>As our Programme Lead, your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Project Planning & Design: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.</li><li>Manage project budget and resource allocation and Quality Assurance: Implement best practices and tools for project execution and management to ensure optimal outcomes.</li><li>Experience and knowledge of Strategic workforce planning, resource management and capability building.</li><li>Co-design and drive Ramboll’s capability program in close collaboration with the respective owners in the business.  </li><li>Facilitate conversations and collaboration with stakeholders on all levels in the business</li><li>Secure alignment with other functions i.e. our HR Tech organisation and our Learning Partners to ensure we develop and implement the best solutions for the business</li><li>Experienced with project management & leadership incl. stakeholder management on all levels of the organisation: drive the initiation, planning, and execution of projects related to the organisation's workforce strategy.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification like PMP is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrable experience in project and program management with a track record of successfully implemented projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of change management principles incl. exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Proactive, goal-oriented individual with an analytical mind.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management capabilities and the ability to navigate complex environments and ambiguous situations.</li><li>Interest in building a future-proof capability program and a passion for project execution</li><li>Have a strategic outlook and good at creating an oversight and navigating complexity in solutions</li><li>Strong implementer mind-set and focused on pragmatic solutions</li><li>Thrive in the unknown and be comfortable in challenging the first and obvious solutions</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Welcome to our Enablement Organisation</strong></p><p>In Ramboll’s Enablement Organisation we take pride in keeping Ramboll running smoothly, enabling bright minds throughout the organisation to focus on their areas of expertise as we tie together all parts of the business.
