The Manufacturing Quality team is supporting Terma’s production facilities in Lystrup and Grenaa. The Analyst role is a new role within the Quality team, where you will support both teams on a daily basis. Furthermore, you will be responsible for cross factory strategic projects.

The Manufacturing Quality team is supporting Terma’s production facilities in Lystrup and Grenaa. The Analyst role is a new role within the Quality team, where you will support both teams on a daily basis. Furthermore, you will be responsible for cross factory strategic projects.
Main tasks and role
- Develop, lead and execute insightful analyses to support efficient and data-based decision making and business transparency
- Develop supporting tools for Quality Excellence
- Participate in quality improvement projects together with stakeholders globally
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to propose solutions i.e., provide appropriate linkages to other critical processes
- Support the development and continuous improvement of quality processes, tools/systems as well as performance management culture
- Prepare complex analyses in order to improve future processes
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you
- have a relevant degree in Engineering or Finance
- could be newly graduated, alternatively you bring 1-2 years of experience
- have experience with Performance Management, Business Intelligence, or other fact driven cultures
- possess excellent communication skills including fluent English skills (both orally and in writing)
- hold experience within the Project Management discipline will be perceived as an advantage
- have strong skills in Microsoft Office package and additionally within PowerBi as a plus
