Join us in laying the foundation for a new clinical facility and lead a diverse team to standardize and optimize operations. We have a unique leadership opportunity as an Associate Manager to the equipment team, part of the retrofit project. The Position As an Associate Manager in the retrofit project, you will lead a growing team within different fields of expertise in our new production facility where we are to make different clinical productions together with our stakeholders. Heading up the team you will be the leader for the project phase, and also in time, support the production, when the line is installed and qualified. Your main tasks will be to:
  • Expand the team, hire and train members
  • Lead the team through shopfloor presence
  • Bring innovation and good solutions to improve flow and efficiency
  • Lead or participate in cross functional projects focusing on optimizing processes
  • Drive digitalization initiatives.

  • Min. 2 years of leadership experience, preferably from pharmaceutical industry
  • GMP experience
  • Technical knowledge of tablet equipment and qualification is a plus
  • Communication skills in Danish and English.

About the Department Oral Finished Products (OFP) is organizationally located in Emerging Technologies (ET) located in Måløv and is steadily growing to support the demands of the market. The department is responsible for the qualification, ramp-up and production of a new tablet as well as the production platform supporting several of our future products Currently the team are growing out from an existing equipment team, and we need you, to establish your own team with some employees from the old teams as an foundation. You are needed to grow and expand the team in order to support the project and production. You will be part of the leadership team in a department in constant development with many exciting opportunities ahead of us. We are responsible for test of clinical studies and we work closely with the rest of the departments in development. We continuously work to optimize our processes, reduce lead time and efficient use of resources using various LEAN tools. Working at Novo Nordisk Novo Nordisk is its people.
