As Laboratory Technician for oral product analytical development, you are offered a challenging and exciting position in a dynamic environment. Your primary tasks will be: Analyzing samples for development and validation purposes, including GMP and non-GMP samples. Conducting LC and dissolution analyses as part of the job responsibilities. Collaborating with scientists to troubleshoot analytical issues. Contributing to the continuous improvement of analytical methods. We are looking for several dedicated laboratory technicians for permanent position in our analytical development department. To be considered for this position we imagine that you: Have an education as a Laboratory Technician or its equivalent. Have knowledge of or experience with LC and/or dissolution analytical methods. Preferably some experience with development of chromatographic analytical methods. Preferably some experience to navigate between GMP and non-GMP tasks. As a person, you are: Curious about improving laboratory processes and ensuring up-to-date analysis methods through continuous improvement. Interested in automation and digitalization of laboratory processes. Having a positive approach towards change and unpredictability, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. Positive, optimistic and have a good sense of humour, and want to contribute to creating a good atmosphere and team spirit in the department. About the department
You will be part of the department Late Phase Oral Analytical Development, a subunit of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC), Development & Scaling, Drug Product & Analytical Development in Novo Nordisk. The department is responsible for both development and validation of LC analytical methods and QC release of oral products for clinical trials (phase 3). Your key stakeholders will be fellow laboratory technicians and scientists in the team and department, as well as stakeholders in other areas of Novo Nordisk.
