Our Integrated & Global Solutions team in Denmark is advising multinational companies on all aspects of their benefit solutions. Utilizing a combination of strong analytical skills and in-depth market knowledge, we provide analytical and strategic advice on a wide range of topics related to health and benefit solutions, including pensions, M&A and corporate restructuring, benchmarking analysis and risk management.

The Role
- Deliver superior, consistent project management on multi-country projects
- Serve as primary, daily contact to clients located in headquarters as well as overseas offices concerning delivery of services, coordinating with WTW consultants globally
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation, market practice or otherwise, to identify issues that clients should be addressing
- Apply various WTW technology systems to help clients to maximize the value from the information collected
- Review local deliverables to ensure consistency of style and message, as appropriate
- Support in coordinating and project manage multi-country projects such as global benefit benchmarking exercises, cost savings projects and governance processes
- Work with the global consultant lead to deliver advice to multinational clients on the financing of their risk benefit programs, such as self-insurance, multinational risk benefits pooling and employee benefit captive work – for feasibility study, negotiation, selection, implementation and ongoing support
- Assist in development of global benefit strategies for multinational corporations
- In addition to managing a client portfolio for global benefits management, you will also be supporting consulting projects on benefits related matters
About you
- Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills
- Able to work under high pressure and with short deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to problem solving
- Able to cooperate with clients, colleagues and associates from cultures and countries worldwide
- Fluent in English. Fluency in a Scandinavian language is a plus.
- Enjoys solving problems with different approaches and methodologies
- Relevant experience with HR or Employee Benefits is preferred, but not a requirement
- Higher educational background, e.g., a Master’s degree preferably in a program with business or numeric from a University or Business School
