About the department
You will be joining FFEx Quality, an area anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT), which globally employ approximately 25,000 of ’s 60,000 employees.
It’s a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT ensuring a high level of quality and compliance with GMP, in order to serve the needs of millions of patients.
We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology, setting the standards for the facilities of the future, so that we will still be proud of them 20 years from now.
Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world. The position
As QA Professional you will set the direction for quality assurance for Quality Control (QC) processes, together with the Line of Business responsible for the area; the activities in Fill & Finish Expansion (FFEx) Quality will include QA validation support to all QC processes related to our new facilities.
Your responsibilities will be starting at the early definition of requirements and right to the final qualifying tests using science and risk-based validation principles.
The job could include QA oversight of the suppliers and collaboration with local QA for the individual facilities and some international travel will be required.
Qualifications
We are looking for a colleague with a strong quality mindset who is result oriented, use a risk-based approach and is able to balance compliance and product quality.
To succeed in this role, you: Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or similar Have several years’ experience with validation and qualification, in a QA role Preferably have Quality Control validation experience Have gained said experience in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry Are proficient in English, written and spoken On a personal level, you are positive, cooperative and solution oriented, and work systematically, logically, and proactively.
