As a Business Excellence Manager ISA, you will develop and drive internal processes and activities based on best practices and desired practices on new tasks. All internal processes are localized and therefore, differ from country to country.
You will support the commercial ISA strategy as the core element of the business excellence strategy. By identifying and aligning global ISA best practices, you will ensure continuous development. You will drive process and procedure improvement initiatives and activities. All is done in close collaboration with various stakeholders in the markets.
Your key responsibilities include:
You will refer to the Group ISA Development Director. You will have an international job with 20-30 days of traveling per year.
You come with a background from a service and/or installation business or within a supply chain function where you have experience working with the entire value chain.
As you will collaborate with stakeholders in all our subsidiaries, you come from an international environment and possess great stakeholder management skills and an understanding of cultural differences.

Of these, 23 countries do so through KOMPAN’s own direct operation and the remainder through carefully selected quality agents and partners. The global head office is in Odense, Denmark.
The global footprint has expanded significantly over the years and includes production sites in the Czech Republic, Poland, design studios in Denmark and the Czech Republic, and 23 country offices around the world including Europe, Asia, Australia, North America, and South America.

Be a key person in the global development of installation, service, and aftersales (ISA)
As a Business Excellence Manager ISA, you will develop and drive internal processes and activities based on best practices and desired practices on new tasks. All internal processes are localized and therefore, differ from country to country.
You will support the commercial ISA strategy as the core element of the business excellence strategy. By identifying and aligning global ISA best practices, you will ensure continuous development. You will drive process and procedure improvement initiatives and activities. All is done in close collaboration with various stakeholders in the markets.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Closely collaborating with our subsidiaries to drive the development of ISA.
- Mapping gaps in the process landscape to identify future strategic initiatives within ISA.
- Using the Microsoft D365 platform and other internal systems to continuously identify market improvement potential.
- Mapping "as is" procedures, and designing desired processes and procedures, and subsequently driving the implementation process.
- Continuously provide group ISA functions with specific information and operational analyses based on information from the markets and the data warehouse.

Commercial profile with multicultural skills
You come with a background from a service and/or installation business or within a supply chain function where you have experience working with the entire value chain.
As you will collaborate with stakeholders in all our subsidiaries, you come from an international environment and possess great stakeholder management skills and an understanding of cultural differences.
Moreover, you:
- Have experience with service systems such as MS Field Operations, MS Field Service, ServiceNow, SalesForce, Service, or similar.
- Have knowledge of CRM & ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365 and Navision.
- Are fluent in written and spoken Danish and English. Preferably, you also understand other languages such as German, French, or Spanish.
