The position Your primary area of responsibility will be to closely collaborate with our H & S Partner in the area, to ensure effective overview of work environment and outstanding issues. This entails the responsibility for making sure that all gathered data is presented in a timely and accurate manner, as well as all decisions are being made properly, based on your presentation. Furthermore, you will:
  • Support and be the link between work environment representatives and the associate managers

  • Participate in mapping and risk assessment of working environment conditions including participating in the workplace assessment work

  • Collaborate with all employees and managers in the area to ensure a safe and healthy work environment

    • You will have daily dialogues with various stakeholders and focus on establishing professional relationships fast and effectively. Right now, the workplace will be at our project office in Høje Taastrup but will within the coming years move to Odense. Qualifications First and foremost, we are looking for you who are passionate about and ambitions within health and safety. Furthermore, we're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
  • Academic background within a relevant field

  • 2-3 years of work experience within the Health and Safety area in a regulated industry.

  • Experience in planning, presenting data, and supporting key stakeholders on different levels of seniority and you feel comfortable with new technologies and computer usage, as well as you are familiar with MS Office products.

  • Experience with securing design in new workplaces so that they are safe as well as experience in assessing risks in work functions

  • You are fluent in both English, knowledge of Danish is an advantage

    • Moreover, you have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with business-oriented mindset and flair for project work. You have positive attitude towards change and strong collaboration skills, which will be essential in this position. It is considered an advantage if you have experience or knowledge with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and project management. About the department Our department is working to expand the capacity of our Biotech and Rare Disease production. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our capacity to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including rare diseases.  Our new organization has just started its growth journey, and this is a unique chance to be part of a start-up environment within a large multinational organisation.
