The Position We are looking for an experienced Market Access manager to support Novo Nordisk’s Danish affiliate, where you will contribute to the development and execution of coherent, efficient market access strategies for our product portfolio and future pipeline. The portfolio covers medicines within both primary and secondary care. You can be based anywhere in the country but should be flexible to work both in our office in Ørestaden and in-field on a regular basis. You will be responsible for: Providing high-quality and timely reimbursement dossiers and HTAs, including health economic and budget impact analyses. Drive regional market access activities in close collaboration with the regional cardiometabolic team. Supporting the organization with expert knowledge and health economic training within your area of responsibilities. The submission and implementation of hospital tenders based on cross-functional collaboration. A prerequisite for success in the role is the ability to build constructive relations with internal and external stakeholders – including national and regional healthcare authorities and healthcare professionals. Qualifications The ideal candidate has an economic background or university degree, preferably within health/societal economics, or health care sciences with interest in health economics. You have good understanding of the Danish healthcare system and stakeholders and have a solid experience from either the pharmaceutical industry or relevant health care authority. You are result-oriented and persistent in order to reach defined goals within agreed timelines. You have a structured and analytical approach to your responsibilities and have proven ability to deliver on complex tasks with high quality. You are capable of working effectively both individually and in cross-functional teams. In addition, you will need: Strong analytical skills and high ethical standards High capability to build relations and in cross functional collaboration Ability to work structured and independently to achieve defined goals Excellent communication skills, fluent in Danish and proficient in English both in writing and verbally To be able to work independently, but share information with the team and organization A proactive mindset & have an “entrepreneurial” spirit Be sociable & have the ability to maintain high level of networking both internally/externally About the Department Novo Nordisk is a globally leading healthcare company and our mission is to help people living with diabetes and other chronic conditions, such as obesity.
