Would you like to be part of a transformative journey as Market Access Director for Region North West Europe (NWE)? You will lead the development of market access strategies and support affiliates with their implementation within Cardiovascular diseases (CVD); monitor the market access, HTA and policy landscape in Europe and support key market access activities in affiliates. The Position As Market Access Director, you will lead the development of market access strategies and the coordination of MAPA activities within the cardiovascular therapy area in the regional office as well as our engagements with affiliates. You will contribute to the cross-functional regional strategy development; support Global and affiliates with formal HTA interactions as well as shape plans for regional and affiliate capability building for new launches. Moreover, you will:

Influence the understanding of affiliate market access and HTA needs and gaps to optimise pricing, market access, launch and drug development planning and provide optimal support across relevant organisational layers.

Monitor the market access, public affairs, HTA and policy landscape in Europe and flag key risks and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.

Conduct payer research, payer advisory boards and similar in a timely and compliant manner to externally validate market access strategies and product development input.

Influence the awareness of regional trends, needs and positions towards Global and other organisational layers to align company priorities.

Contribute to internal processes in the cross-functional team (incl. team meetings, budget, launch activity planning) and other internal fora (incl. regional Product Development Plan Forums, summits/trainings etc.) managing budget for own tasks and external projects.

The location of the job is Copenhagen – Denmark. Qualifications The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen with the ability to anchor market access activities towards patient access and business goals. Strong project and stakeholder management as well as interpersonal skills are essential for the role Moreover, you need to:

Hold a master’s degree (preferably in pharmaceutical sciences, health economics, public health, epidemiology or similar).

Have experience within the Cardiovascular diseases and at least 7 years of experience in pharma market access from an affiliate, regional or headquarter role or from consultancy.

Have previous experience in development and execution of European market access strategies and reimbursement submissions to payers and HTA bodies.

Have strong project and stakeholder management as well as interpersonal skills are required.

Be fluent in written and spoken English.
