We are now looking for a Student Assistant to join the team.Come be part of our team as we embark on an exciting journey of growth!The Position As a Student Assistant you will have the chance to put your theoretical knowledge into practice, while gaining industry experience and building an invaluable network of talented colleagues throughout the organisation.In this role, you will support the Clinical Operations Excellence team, which sits within the Danish Clinical Development Centre (CDC DK). In detail you will contribute to these activities: Support relevant aspects of trial preparation, execution, and finalisation, to facilitate timely clinical project deliverables of required quality.
Deliver assigned trial activities in a proactive and independent way, and in accordance with company’s Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs)
Ensure and encourage the sharing of better practices and consistency, both within and across the Clinical Development Centres (CDC DK)
As a Student Assistant in , we offer flexible schedule (approximately 10-20 hours/week) and working hours, allowing you to gain corporate experience while balancing a full study course load.Qualifications We are looking for an engaged and organized colleague and as a minimum we expect you to: Be currently a Bachelor’s Student;
Be comfortable with both English and Danish
Have interest in the clinical trials environment (e.g. ICH GCP, regulatory requirements, SOPs, the overall drug development process)
We hope that you are at least halfway through your education and can join and support our team for at least 18 months. We work in Veeva Vault, Trial Master File and CTMS but it is not a requisite to have experience within the systems as long as you have a proven record of being curious to learn and explore IT systems.About the Department The Clinical Development Centre Denmark is one of the biggest clinical organisations within Northwest Europe.
