We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in the wind industry. You will be supporting the hardware converter development team where you will play a valuable role with your experienced converter designer skills.
Location: Middle Jutland, onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- You are a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or similar – wind turbine knowledge is an advantage
- You have hands-on skills for converter applications
- You have the ability to take ownership of requirement specification and documentation in general
- You have knowledge of power conversion systems
- You are able to review test documentation
- You have the ability to operate cross-functional with a high number of interfaces
- You have a structured, communicative and self-motivated approach to your tasks
- You have previous experience as a Calculations & Simulations Engineer
- You have strong communication and English skills both orally and in writing
- You have a valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
- You are able to be at the office
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Coordinating and performing application/project design activities
- Coordinating and specifying improvement activities with the developer of the converter
- Influencing and driving purchase specifications and documentation
- Coordinating trouble shooting and root cause analysis of converters in field operation
- Project management of converter warranty issues
- Coordinating software and control activities with supplier/projects
- Participating in QA Audits at suppliers facilities
- Optimizing design in order to achieve higher quality/reliability
